Madagascar Spice & Trading adopts an "All Sales Final" return policy. There will not be any cash refunds given on products purchased from Madagascar Spice & Trading through http://www.madspice.com.
In the event that your product was damaged in transit or there was an error in processing your order, please contact our customer service department for instructions on how to receive your corrected ordered product or replacement. There will be no additional shipping and handling charges for the replaced items. All order replacements are subject to an order by order basis and may be refused at any time. If no replacement is requested, there will be no refund for shipping and handling on damaged goods.
Once an order has been placed it may not be cancelled.
