Heirloom Tomatoes with Buffalo Mozzarella
Ingredients:
8 cloves chopped garlic
6-8 Heirloom tomatoes (Roma, Vine or Beef Steak may also be used)
1 bunch fresh basil
6 to 8 buffalo mozzarella patties or slices
1 head leaf lettuce (or lettuce of your choice)
2 to 3 TBS of Wildwood Blends All-Purpose Seasoning
Balsamic vinegar and olive oil
Wash all produce. Place lettuce on platter as underliner. Slice tomatoes and cheese roughly ¼" thick. Arrange on platter with leave of basil. Sprinkle with fresh chopped garlic and Wildwood Blends All-Purpose Seasoning. Drizzle with your favorite balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Garnish with little chopped basil or chopped fresh herbs.
