Green Onion Sauce
Ingredients:
1 bunch green onions (roasted until tender)
6 cloves of garlic also roasted (ok to roast with onions)
1 TBS. Wildwood Blends All-Purpose Seasoning
1 egg yolk
5 - 6 oz. olive oil
1 fresh lemon (just the juice)
Puree onions and garlic with the Wildwood Blends All-Purpose Seasoning and the lemon juice. Add the yolk, continue to puree adding the oil in slowly until smooth, light, and creamy. Not as heavy as mayo.
Serve with fresh steamed veggies, sauteed chicken breast or artichoke.
