Roasted Baby Red Potatoes
Ingredients:
10 to 20 baby red potatoes
¼ lb. unsalted butter (melted)
2 TBS olive oil
Approx. 2 TBS Wildwood Blends All-Purpose Seasoning
4 to 6 TBS grated parmesan cheese
Fresh chopped parsley (optional)
Coat the bottom of a sheet pan, pie pan, or pyrex baking dish with olive oil and butter. Sprinkle Wildwood Blends All-Purpose Seasoning and parmesan cheese on top. Cut red potatoes in half and place cut side down in pan. Bake at 400° until tender (approx. 25-30 minutes). Remove from pan and serve brown side up. Garnish with fresh choopped parsley.
