Madagascar Hash Browns
Ingredients:
4 large Russet potatoes peeled
¼ cup clarified butter
Wildwood Blends All-Purpose Seasoning
Parboil* whole peeled potatoes until done, but still firm (approx. 25 minutes). Don't overcook. Cool on tray or in cold water. When cool, shred on box grater on large hole side.
Grill on hot griddle with butter or pan fry. Sprinkle with Wildwood Blends All-Purpose Seasoning for desired taste. Brown on both sides. Add more butter if desired to increase browning.
*Parboiling or blanching is a cooking technique in which something is partially cooked in boiling water, but removed before it is cooked all the way through.
