Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients:
1½ to 2 lb. whole tenderloin
Salad oil
1½ TB Wildwood Blends All-Purpose Seasoning
1 Cup chicken stock or water
Coat tenderloin lightly with preferred salad oil then rub generously with Wildwood Blends All-Purpose Seasoning evenly throughout. Broil on barbecue starting with hot fire to sear, finishing with lower heat to desired doneness.
If oven-roasting, pre heat oven to 425º. Roast approx. 20-25 min. until near desired doneness. During last 5 min. of oven roasting, pour chicken stock or water over pork loin and finish cooking to desired doneness. Pour resulting au just over sliced tenderloin (also great on baked potatoes).
