Madagascar Pork Chops

Ingredients:

Bone-in or boneless pork chops
Wildwood Blends All-Purpose Seasoning
3 oz. pineapple juice
6 oz. chicken stock
2 TB maple syrup


Generously rub Wildwood Blends All-Purpose Seasoning evenly over both sides of each chop. Bake in 400º oven* or broil on open fire to internal temp. of 165º (approx. 30 min. depending on thickeness of chop).

Combine pineapple juice, chicken stock, and maple syrup. Pour mixture over pork chops during last 15 min. of cooking time for tasty glaze.

*Or, pan fry. Cook over medium heat turning often to avoid burning. Glaze with same mixture as oven at finish.
