Meat Lovers Mac & Cheese

Ingredients:

16 oz. Penne Pasta
1 lb. diced ham
12 oz. 4 cheese blend (Monterey Jack, Cheddar, Swiss, Provolone)
8 oz. cooked bacon crumbled
1 sm onion diced
1 green bell pepper diced
2 TBS. Wildwood Blends All-Purpose Seasoning
1 qt. heavy cream
3 TBS. butter

Place pasta in a large pot of boiling water stirring frequently until tender but not mushy. Approx. 10 minutes, drain and rinse.

Saute onion, pepper and diced ham with butter until tender. In large casserole dish add the cooked pasta with sauteed items, bacon, and cheese. Toss in the Wildwood Blends All-Purpose Seasoning. Pour in cream to just reach the top of the pasta, add a little more if necessary. Top with cheese blend, bake at 325° approx. 45 minutes until cream thickens with cheese and pasta. If it begins to brown too quickly, cover with foil (tent as to not have cheese stick to foil). Brown last 10 minutes uncovered.

Note: Other cheeses and pasta can be used to your desired taste.
