Angel Hair Pasta with Parsley Cream
Ingredients:
1 tsp. Wildwood Blends All-Purpose Seasoning
5 oz. of Angel Hair pasta
1½ TBS. olive oil or half oil and butter
1 TBS. minced fresh garlic
½ cup chopped flat parsley
1 flat anchovy (optional)
¼ cup white wine
Saute garlic in oil and butter and added diced anchovy. Deglaze with white wine by ½ and add parsley and Wildwood Blends All-Purpose Seasoning, hold on side warm.
In a large pot of boiling water, cook angel hair pasta until tender. This takes just a few minutes. Remove pasta from boiling water and place in sauce pan with sauce. Heat slightly and add a pat of whole butter if desired. Check flavor, add more spice if needed. Serve immediately.
