Madagascar Chicken

Ingredients:

Boneless chicken breasts, thawed (any number)
Wildwood Blends All-Purpose Seasoning
Salad oil
Lemon or lime juice
3 TB melted butter


Coat chicken breast lightly with salad oil. Generously rub Wildwood Blends All-Purpose Seasoning evenly over both sides of each breast. Bake in 400ºoven until done, around 30 minutes (time varies depending on size of chicken breast). Take care not to overcook.

Option: Squeeze juice from fresh lime in melted butter; ladle over finished breast when serving.
