Bacon Wrapped Dates with Kahlua Cream
Ingredients:
1 lb. sliced bacon
30 to 40 pitted dates
2 tsp. Wildwood Blends All-Purpose Seasoning
3 shots Kahlua
1 cup heavy cream
Preheat oven to 375°. Toss dates with Wildwood Blends All-Purpose Seasoning. Place Kahlua and cream in small sauce pan and reduce to thickness of light sauce, hold on side. Take the lb. of bacon and cut in thirds across the entire lb. Wrap the sliced pieces of bacon around each date and secure with toothpick.
Place dates on greased cookie sheet with sides. Bake until browned turning once in a while to brown on all sides. Should not take longer than 10 minutes. Drain fat and place on a service tray. Heat sauce and pour over dates and serve immediately.
